RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy.

ELIGBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • All returns must be initiated with 14 days of delivery at support@generallightingdynamics.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unused condition.

  • Custom orders, international orders, and sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Customer to be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will process within 3-5 business days from receipt of returned items.  

 

EXCHANGES

  • Custom orders, international orders, and sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@generallightingdynamics.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@genarallightingdynamics.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
